If I win any vehicle can I adjust the bid deposit against the invoice amount ?

Yes, provided you return the original deposit slip to the concerned AutoWorld representative. If you wish to enter another bid you need to make a new deposit of SR. 5,000/-

If I don’t win the bid, is my deposit refundable?

Yes, A refund will be made on the submission of original deposit slip to concerned vehicle sales representative. The depositor has to be present in person for a refund

How many bids do you have ?

We aim to have one bid every week, unless it’s a public holiday

What if I win a bid and don’t take the vehicle ?

Can I bid without physically seeing the vehicles ?

Yes, you can, but you will be responsible for bidding without examining the vehicle condition

Can I get back any deposit if I didn’t win any bid ?

Yes, you can.

Do you sell vehicles in the bidding on an instalment basis ?

No, we don’t offer instalment on vehicles

How can I know the location of the bidding ?

You can click on "Contact us" button to see all locations on google map

Is there any restriction on the number of vehicles that we can bid for?

There is no restrictions on the number of vehicles, however, you can bid for single or multiple vehicles depending to Auto world's bidding policy

How can I know if I won the bid ?

You will be receiving an email/SMS with all the vehicles you won

What if I forget my password ?

Click the “Log In” tab from the green navigation bar on the home page. Click “Forgot Password?” Enter your email address and submit. Follow the instructions sent to your email

What is the source of the vehicle that is sold?

We buy brand new vehicles for our business needs and upon completion of the tenure we defleet the vehicles and make them ready for sale

How can I guarantee if I am buying the best a vehicle ?

You inspect the vehicle at our premises or even get it checked from an outside technician.

What are the documents needed to buy a vehicle ?

For Saudi nationals, we require ID copy and for expats, their Iqama & license copy are needed.

In case if we are buying a vehicle in the name of our company or sponsor, What are the required documents?

We need a copy of CR and ID copy for the person who represents the company/establishment.

How can we transact payments once we select any vehicle for purchase ?

Payments are accepted in the form of a deposit/Bank transfer to Autoworld bank account, certified cheques or cash to be paid to the cashier

What is the procedure for the transfer of ownership of the vehicle purchased ?

We assist in transferring the title to your name through our approved agents.

Is there any hidden cost involved other than the price agreed ?

No, our prices offered are the net price for the vehicle.

How much does it cost to transfer ownership ?

Insurance and transfer related charges are approximately SR. 500/- per vehicle

How long does it take to transfer ownership ?

Transfer of ownership takes up to 2 working days.

Can we buy vehicles through instalment offices ?

Yes, we assist you in buying the vehicles on an instalment basis through our approved service providers

Do I need to copy of registration renewal or MVPI before the transfer of ownership ?
