About AutoWorld Auction
We have developed an online platform for AutoWorld Auction to facilitate and ensure the quality of business procedures between the AutoWorld company and those who have the desire to participate in auctions or buy used vehicles as the user can access the platform electronically and bid on the desired vehicles.
User Data:
To participate in the auctions offered by AutoWorld company, please create a user account and provide the required information.
Terms and conditions for using the service:
Any interested person is entitled to register, while considering the following:
- Fulfill all the data required for registration
- The user interested in entering the auctions shall pay a refundable amount of SR 5,000, which will be fully refunded after the end of the auction. In the event of awarding the auction, the deposited amount will be the considered as part of the total amount of the purchase.
- The displayed value of the vehicle does not include VAT or any other fees (other fees include ownership transfer, shipping, renewal of the form or vehicle insurance)
Vehicle inspection:
The buyer is fully entitled to inspect the vehicle before bidding on it, as all vehicles are sold in their current condition without any guarantee according to the best bid.
Please note the following when starting bidding:

- When participating in the auction, the user can withdraw before the end of the auction. The user is not allowed to withdraw after bidding.
- If the bid value is identical for two bidders and there is no higher bidding value, the company has the right to choose who will be wining the auction.
- Vehicles specifications are entirely the responsibility of the buyer, and vehicles milometer are approximate number and can be increased.
After the auction:
When the auction is awarded, you will be notified to pay the value of the vehicles in addition to the VAT within 24 hour (other fees include transfer of ownership, shipping, renewal of the form or vehicle insurance) from the date of receiving the letter of award.
Methods of Payment:
- Bank transfer with writing the reason for the transfer
- A certified bank cheque in the name of (Al Jazeera Equipment Company Ltd.)
In case of payment:
The user must transfer the ownership of the vehicle and take it from its location within a period of 3 working days.
In case of non-payment:
In the event of failure to pay the value of the vehicle in addition to the full fees and commissions due to the company within 24 hours from the date of the notification, the company shall have the right to confiscate the auction entry fees.
Transfer of vehicle ownership:
Whoever wins the auction shall transfer the ownership of the sold vehicles within a maximum period of 30 days from the awarding date. In the event that such period is exceeded, the amount of insurance will be lost, and the bidder may lose the right to participate in future auctions until the completion of transferring the ownership of the vehicles.
